There’s so much more to flexibility than just yanking on muscles! A healthy approach to opening the body, is about working the muscular system in conjunction with the skeletal, neuromuscular and fascial systems. Let’s go deeper in our understanding of how to safely open the body and get serious results, quick!

These drill – based sessions, will challenge your mind and body to think different!

How to use the videos:

The sessions are designed to be repeated several times. So don’t be surprised if you can’t do everything. Filled with progressions, as you repeat the videos you’ll be able to see the difference in your own body and abilities. Each of these videos can be once a week over a period of several weeks. Alternatively, pick the drills that you really want to work through and only do those every couple of days. Have fun growing strong and achieving your goals!

Who is this for?

These sessions are for all movers, who want to deepen their understanding of how to open the body, safely and get results from their flexibility and mobility training. All levels are welcome to practice and learn!
