Lizel Rikzang Lhamo
Chanting, Meditation & Sound Healing

Lizel is a DHA – Dubai Health Authority registered massage therapist.

Schooled in the Himalayas, in Parmarth, Niketan Ashram and at the Yoga University of SVYASA in Bangalore, Lizel embraces the subtler aspects of yoga practice as closely as the physical one.

She has been practicing yoga and holistic movement for 15 years and teaching for 10 years. She is a Tantric Buddhist practitioner and embarks on a healer’s journey of Sowa Rigpa – Traditional Tibetan Medicine , Acupuncture, Massage, Sound & Vibrational healing and Vedic Chanting.

She also carries experience in aromatherapy and subtle energy techniques.
